Clear next checks for the owner and clear next tasks for staff. Explore the configuration with synthetic records.

All companies, amounts and tasks are fictional. No real saving, sending or transactions take place.

Document preparation, sending, delivery and collection are separate states. This workflow and the monthly figures above are independent examples.

Selecting the needed fields changes the view of the same work.

This is a role-specific view example. Real access control requires authentication and API enforcement; this public example contains no sensitive records.

Start with the records you already use.

A real migration starts with the original format, missing fields, codes and business definitions.

Start with the scope you need. Add connections later.

Start with orders and an overview, then select the additional modules the company needs.

Work to add

Starting scope: order entry → work overview

Additional functions depend on records, workflow and access rules. These selections illustrate a scope; they do not install a system.

Connect a website enquiry with its next task.

A predefined synthetic enquiry moving through discussion, quote and order.

  1. Sample enquiry Q01
  2. Discussion note
  3. Quote J01
  4. Order J01

Current: sample enquiry Q01 · a request to reduce repeated entry

No real enquiry is received or sent. This illustrates a possible connection between a website and business work.

What do we prepare, and how does the work continue?

Start by understanding the current records and work, agree the scope, then check the working result.

  1. Understand the current work

Review existing tables, documents, repeated tasks and the numbers the owner needs.

  2. Agree the scope

Choose the screens, fields, connections and exclusions.

  3. Review a working example

Use synthetic records to check the connection between staff work and the owner view.

  4. Check and document operation

Review screens, behavior, data handling and change requests. Price, timing and support are agreed for the confirmed requirements.

What happens after an AI-assisted change request?

Request → source changes → preview and checks → publication → work record. The owner view and later financial examples on this site followed that sequence.

The 20 October 2026 changes checked bilingual copy, example totals, existing-content preservation, public assets and a local backup restore. The recent owner screen was not checked in a live browser or on a physical device.

The chosen AI’s source access and actual permissions determine what it can change. Sensitive data, external delivery and production actions follow the authorization for that task.

The decisions and implementation are open to read.

Connect the explanation to implementation through field notes and reusable example code.

The shared code is an independent synthetic example for this public experience. It does not contain a company’s original ERP or business records.

Take the example out. Continue from a saved point.

Back up the workflow example above, reset it, then restore the saved point.

No backup made yet.

This backup stays in page memory and disappears on refresh. Downloads contain only the synthetic workflow state. Real data delivery, migration, ownership and recovery support follow the agreed scope and contract.

Example use and email intent are counted separately. Opening an email draft does not mean an enquiry was received. Visitor-statistics settings control collection and optional visit-flow measurement.
