It is easy to imagine a website publishing a story as soon as material arrives. K-POP PULSE’s initial structure separates source items, issues and articles. Later operations connect selection and fact review before publication. Automated collection and automated editorial decisions are different responsibilities.

I do not turn this project into a requirement for identical categories or schedules on every site. The account follows changes in criteria, the role of classification hints and the places where review remained necessary. Historical platform criteria are not presented as current permission decisions.

Separate collection coverage from the scope of an update

Source material may support a later decision without every brief upload needing a new explanation. The operating criteria distinguish shorts and repeated promotion from announcements worth editorial work. The same material can serve different roles in a video shelf and an article.

On another website, receiving more material and publishing more useful prose are different outcomes. Define coverage and reader questions separately. Not selecting an item for news does not make its evidence useless. Inspect the actual state change rather than assume what the label removed.

Early classification hints were not final answers

The August code inspection includes a candidate-title regex and separate notice signals. They can narrow review without understanding every upload’s context. Notice detection is accompanied by a distinction from automatic publication.

I do not call a matching condition publication approval. Compare the match reason with what the source actually announced. Even a correct identity and category leave another question about the explanation a reader needs. Administrative guidance should retain the hint’s limited responsibility.

Operating criteria changed with the working period

The early policy describes selection from collected official posts. Later documentation separates collection from editorial cycles and records more specific story criteria. September’s transition also instructs the editor to read the inbox without adding a manual scan. Earlier commands should not be replayed as the present operating method.

For integration, inspect the current ingestion path first: another running collector, the state supplied to editors and who changes publication state. An old document using the same button name need not describe the same data or responsibility.

Connect evidence, judgment and public state without merging them

The initial relationship connects source items to issues and retains article evidence. That provides a starting point for traceability, not proof that every current stored state enforces the intended architecture. Actual links and revision records still need inspection.

The new explanatory map below can adapt its names and state count to the site’s real flow. What matters is that receiving material, creating a draft and publishing are not collapsed into one success mark. Each step should expose what was actually completed.

Explore the implementation

New evidence-to-publication map; not recovered DB code or a fixed state rule for every website.

source item → retained evidence
issue → related records and a question worth reviewing
draft → the claims supported by selected evidence
publication → the reviewed version and its public state

Different projects may use other names or states.
Collecting an item is not an automatic decision to publish it.

Read the actual meaning of a cleanup result too

Some historical cycle results retain a cleanup count alongside publication. That word alone does not establish physical deletion. Inspect whether an inbox judgment changed and how the retained material behaves in other public selections.

Keep the reason for selecting, holding or clearing an item where useful. Another AI reading the next cycle can then avoid repeating publication or discarding evidence without grounds. Check already handled manuscripts and their actual current versions alongside the source state.

Define the next question automation should leave

Stopped collection and no newsworthy item are different conditions. An empty inbox does not by itself prove healthy operations; abundant material does not require another article. Read each stage’s input and last confirmed observation to choose what needs inspection next.

A growing website benefits when automation leaves evidence and a next task rather than hiding every judgment. Read new material, choose the reader question and publish the confirmed version. That connection makes the program, copy and screen records available as material for future explanations too.
